Ratings and Reviews
They keep making their bookmarks feature worse and worse
Who is in charge of this design? I use the bookmarks feature extensively and it has only gotten worse. Now in order to see my bookmarks on the app, I have to select "more" from the menu at the bottom, then select "bookmarks" which doesn't actually take you to your bookmarks but to the collections feature which is pretty useless IMO and then click "bookmarks". Fine I've lived with that since the last bad update but now you have no way of seeing whether the restaurant is open or closed without having to click on the individual business. You can't see it from the list or the map anymore at all and it makes bookmarks so much less useful on the fly. I was hoping they would add a feature to show bookmarks by "open now" like you can with the search function but instead they crippled the function even more. This is a huge step backwards
Realty company that is in Touch with reality
I have been a tenant of Krystals for about four months now. When I first met Krystal she was literally the kindest person I have encountered when applying for a place. She made me feel like I mattered and I wasn't just another applicant thrown in with a pile of other applications. I felt like I actually had a chance of getting the place and I wasn't in competition with 20 other applicants. I have been renting for many years now and normally when I apply for a unit or go see one I just don't get that personal connection with the realtor as if they actually care about the owners or the tenants. This time I did. The application process was rather fast and easy. When she told me I was approved it was the best news ever. I reached out to Krystal and I made a request for a fence to be built in my yard. She got approval from the owner and it was done rather quickly. Paying rent is easy I just go online each month and that's it. Krystal responds to any concerns that I have had and has just been the absolute best. She has a heart of Gold and I feel she is the missing link between landlord and tentant. Krystal makes everyone feel like that matter and attentive to both parties no matter if you are the owner or renter. I can go on and on but you will definitely see for yourself if you plan on working with this team in any aspect. Thank you all.
